Wesleyan Accent is a faith-based online magazine of practical and theological resources for academics, clergy, and laypeople. We publish essays, interviews, articles, sermons, book reviews, devotionals, and videos from leading and emerging voices in the broad Wesleyan Methodist family.

Our contributors articulate a Wesleyan Methodist approach to the Christian faith and represent a variety of voices from across the Wesleyan Methodist family of traditions. We highlight content from pastors, professors, and denominational leaders from bodies like the AME Zion church, The Wesleyan Church, The United Methodist Church, the AME Church, the Church of the Nazarene, and the Free Methodist Church (USA).

From sanctification to animal resurrection, from cultural analysis to the relationship between faith and the arts, all the topics that appear on our site are approached from our unique theological vantage point.

In 2013, Founding Editors Dr. Maxie Dunnam and Dr. Kimberly Reisman launched Wesleyan Accent as an online space for Wesleyan Methodist thinking and collaborataion. Currently, Elizabeth Glass Turner is the Managing Editor.
